Recently moved into the Vela on Pearl. Throughout the whole process, Heller Bates was very helpful by providing a tour of the amenities and answering all of my questions thoroughly. After moving in, I requested a change in parking spots, which was fulfilled in a timely manner. Very pleased with the administrative experience, so far.
